How the Process Works:

1. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation via text or email to ensure your kit is on its way.

2. Facetime Assistance: Once your kit arrives, contact Jos Denture Lab to schedule a FaceTime call. During this call, we will guide you through taking your dental impressions to ensure accuracy.

3. Mail Back Your Impressions: After completing your impressions, mail them back to Jos Denture Lab for evaluation.

4. Bite Blocks (If Required): In cases where several teeth are missing, bite blocks may be used to properly articulate your bite before moving on to the wax try-in phase.

5. Wax Try-In: We will send a wax try-in to ensure the shade and fit of your partial denture matches your natural teeth. This step is crucial to make sure your new smile blends seamlessly.

6. Final Dentures Delivered: Once approved, your custom-made basic dentures will be completed and sent to you within approximately 3 weeks, ready to wear!

7. Post-Delivery Adjustments: If adjustments are needed after receiving your dentures, simply contact Jos Denture Lab to arrange any necessary adjustments via mail.
